Government Requirements
We work closely with you and border control to handle all your inwards/outwards clearance formalities, crew and guest visas, pet visas, special permissions.
Port of Call Vanuatu offers advice regarding prohibited import/export items, clearance ports, Vanuatu charter legislation and all Vanuatu government requirements in relation to cruising Vanuatu by yacht or Superyacht.
Note: Not all government services are available at all clearance ports at all times.
You must notify customs by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to arrival in Vanuatu customsborder@vanuatu.gov.vu
Yacht Parts & Repairs
Port of Call Vanuatu can arrange shore based yacht services including experienced engineers and mechanics. Vanuatu has some marine supplies available through local retailers, we also assist in procurement of ships parts from NZ, Australia and Fiji
Fuel Bunkering
Port Vila provides excellent quality low sulphur diesel at prices comparable to those around the Pacific.
Duty free fuel is available as you clear out. Port Vila is the best place to do your bunker.
With enough notice Luganville is another option depending on their supply of the low sulphur diesel.
Itinerary Planning
Port of Call Vanuatu knows Vanuatu islands, her language and her people and will work with the captain and crew to design a cruise plan suitable for the vessel and encompassing all your guest and crew requirements.
